For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, missing tags, or show signs of excessive wear, Chelsea Monroe reserves the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund amount.

Chelsea Monroe will refund the purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned products. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

7. Return Policy

You may use our return portal to register your return and receive a shipping label. Partial returns are also accepted.

Returned products must be sent back as soon as possible and no later than 100 days after receiving your order.

Products should be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, or show signs of wear may result in a reduced refund amount.
